Dear ,
We greet you with this prayer for “Grace upon Grace”:
God of all grace, give me grace to feel my need of grace And give me grace to ask for grace. Then give me grace To receive grace. And where grace is given to me, Give me grace to use that grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen. (Author unknown)
That is quite a prayer to think about and pray through!
The year began with a bang. So much happening around us. When we listen to the news reports there seems to be nothing but shootings, war and rumours of war, riots, crime, corruption and uncertainty. Thank God we have an anchor in Christ that will never break. He will hold us firm and secure – read Jude verses 24 and 25.
Trinity Baptist Church, where Cecil is the Interim Pastor, is experiencing encouraging growth. We are in the middle of a week of prayer with an average of 28 people each evening at 5.00pm seeking God for revival.
Jeanette and I will be taking our annual vacation from tomorrow (28th) and are so looking forward to a time of rest and renewal.
God bless you and keep you. Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and financial support, which we are so dependent on. Thank you for the vital role that you play in this ministry.
Sincerely Your servants for Jesus Christ
