A former Chairman of Chrysler once said, “Even a correct decision is wrong when it is taken too late.” (Word for Today, November 28, 2021)
I think we can all concur with this. We will never know what opportunities we have lost due to procrastinating over important decisions, especially in the spiritual realm.
We have an unused timeshare week which we will lose if not used by the end of the year and, fortunately, we have managed to secure a week at the coast from October 29 – November 5. This has come at such a vital time as our physical and medical problems of the past few months have drained us mentally and emotionally. We are so grateful for this opportunity to rest and refresh ourselves before the demands of Christmas and the end of the year ministry are upon us.
We do trust that should your children or grandchildren be writing year end examinations they will experience Divine help and that peace will prevail in the home.
Jeanette’s neck pain has increased again (the cervical nerve block did not last long) and now she will be having Rhizotomy treatment (where the nerves are burnt) on November 18th. Please keep her in your prayers.
